We track all orders and have noticed some improvements in on-time deliveries with both USPS and UPS.  All shipping providers have advised us about unprecedented demand for the holiday season. So we are still unable to guarantee and delivery dates. Please order as early as possible. If you are nearby don't hesitate to choose pickup at checkout for same-day pickup.

We've enabled the option for order pickups at our warehouse in Vernon just outside of Downtown Los Angeles. When placing an order you now have the option for contact-less pickup. If you choose pickup while placing an order, we'll email you when your order is ready. Hours for pickup are currently Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. Our warehouse is located at: 4927 Pacific Blvd Vernon, CA 90058
