1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We know how important fast shipping is: especially when it comes to balloons. instaballoons provides free and fast shipping on all orders of $250 or more. Our average order delivery time for all orders across the United States is 2-3 business days after you place the order. During COVID-19 all shipping carriers have removed any guarantees on all shipping services, so we are unable to provide refunds should your order be delayed by a shipping carrier.
2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed by 1pm Pacific from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped on the same day upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. In rare occasions, this could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received and tracking information will follow as soon as the order is shipped.
The majority of our orders ship out via USPS, and while we ship it out the same day, the tracking information will likely not show it in transit until late the night it ships out.
Local Delivery and PickupLocal delivery is available at our Los Angeles warehouse. It's located just outside of Downtown Los Angeles at 4927 Pacific Blvd, Vernon, CA 90058.
For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status here.
3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
4. MODE OF PAYMENTS
We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. We currently do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers. For security purposes, instaballoons does not store your payment information on file.
