Shipping Information

Our warehouse in Los Angeles, California is processing orders as they come in Monday-Friday. We're shipping out most orders same day received before 2pm Pacific. You should expect delivery in 1-5 business days from when you place your order.

Because of longer than normal delivery times from our shipping carriers, we have temporarily suspended offering upgraded shipping options. We continue to ship via USPS and UPS. We cannot be responsible for delays that are beyond our control and will not issue any refunds due to delays in transit.

Curbside Pickup at our warehouse in Vernon, CA (Los Angeles)

We now offer contactless pickup at our warehouse in Vernon, CA Monday-Saturday. At checkout select PICKUP before checking out. 

Once your order is placed, our warehouse will begin to prepare the order and you will receive an email when it is ready for pickup (usually within 2 hours). Our warehouse is located at 4927 Pacific Blvd, Vernon, CA 90058 (across from the Whole Foods Distribution Center). Then:

1. Pull into the parking lot
2. Call the phone number on your order confirmation. Tell us your parking space number and order number
3. We'll bring the order out to your vehicle and you'll be on your way!

Our pickup hours are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm and Saturday 9am-2pm

Return Policy Update

We do not accept returns. In order to ensure the safety of our shipping team, we will only be issuing refunds for manufacturers defects and will not accept any return shipments back to us.
