Shipping Information

Because of longer than normal delivery times from our shipping carriers, we have temporarily suspended offering upgraded shipping options. We continue to ship via USPS and UPS. Our warehouse in Los Angeles, California is processing orders as they come in Monday-Friday. You should expect delivery in 1-7 business days from when you place your order. We cannot be responsible for delays that are beyond our control.

Contactless Pickup at our warehouse in Vernon, CA (Los Angeles)

We now offer contactless pickup at our warehouse in Vernon, CA. At checkout select PICKUP before checking out. Note: this option is currently unavailable if you pay through PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. Please use a credit or debit card for this option.

Once your order is placed, our warehouse will begin to prepare the order and you will receive an email when it is ready for pickup (usually within 2 hours). Our warehouse is located at 4927 Pacific Blvd, Vernon, CA 90058 (across from the Whole Foods Distribution Center). Then:

  1. Pull into the parking lot
  2. Call the phone number on your order confirmation. Tell us your parking space number and order number
  3. We'll bring the order out to your vehicle and you'll be on your way!

Return Policy Update

In order to ensure the safety of our shipping team, we will only be issuing refunds for manufacturers defects and will not accept any return shipments back to us until our operations return to normal.
