This is a 24″ Finding Dory Insiders Foil balloon from Anagram. An Insiders™ balloon consists of two balloons– one inside the other. The outer balloon is made from a clear plastic film and the inside balloon is a smaller foil or plastic balloon. Each balloon has its own inflation point. 

The valve to inflate the outer balloon is generally located at the bottom of the balloon and the inner balloon inflation point is at the top. These balloons are available in 24-inch to 42-inch and both valves are self-sealing.

How to inflate an Insiders™ balloon

1. Begin by inflating the outer balloon only halfway full.
2. Then fully inflate the inner balloon.
3. Once the inner balloon is fully inflated, continue fully inflating the outer balloon.
