1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We are obsessed with fast shipping as we know the demand with last minute events. We now reach all 50 states within 2 business days or less! Our warehouse in Los Angeles, California is processing orders as they come in Monday-Friday. We ship out orders the same-day when placed before 12pm Pacific.

Need an order tomorrow? You can choose overnight shipping options at checkout.

Orders over $250 ship free and still get to you in 2 business days or less!

2. PICKUP 

Pickup at our warehouse in Downtown Los Angeles (California)

We now offer pickup at our warehouse located in Downtown at 1600 East Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90021. Pickup is available Monday-Saturday. But orders can take up to 24 hours before they are ready for pickup as items come from multiple warehouses. At checkout select PICKUP before checking out. 

Once your order is placed, our warehouse will begin to prepare the order and you will receive an email/text when it is ready for pickup. Because items can be located multiple warehouses, we do daily transfers between our locations every morning. Allow up to 24 hours for pickup. If you place your order before 11am, you can expect it to be ready for pickup later that afternoon.

International Deliveries

Currently, we only offer international shipping to Canada. For all other countries we are happy to work with your US based freight forwarder.  The time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status here.

4. RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We are pleased to provide the largest selection of products available with extremely fast 2-day shipping. To do this and remain profitable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We stand by our products 100% and will swiftly take care of any manufacturer defects. In the rare case you come across a defect contact us right away so we can correct in time for your event. 

5. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

6. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, American Express and Apple Pay. For security purposes, instaballoons does not store your payment information on file.
